Claude Continue Privacy Policy — ziyouma
Overview
This policy applies to the Claude Continue browser extension.
It automatically enters Continue when a Claude.ai reply hits the max message length.
The developer does not operate a user account system for this extension, and does not include analytics, telemetry, or third-party tracking SDKs. Extension data stays in the user’s browser except when sent to services required for a feature the user triggers (including license verification).
Data We Process
Claude Continue may process:
- Signals detectable on claude.ai pages that a reply was truncated, and the Continue action the extension injects.
- License/trial state and preferences.
How Data Is Stored
Preferences, license key, and feature state are stored locally via Chrome extension storage APIs. The developer cannot read this storage.
How Data Is Transmitted
The content script interacts only with claude.ai in the browser. Conversation contents are not uploaded to developer servers. License verification uses Gumroad when activated.
If the user purchases or activates a license, the extension may send the license key to Gumroad’s license verification API (https://api.gumroad.com/v2/licenses/verify). Purchases are completed on Gumroad at https://ziyoumaa.gumroad.com/l/zuxwv.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. Third parties receive data only as needed to provide requested features or verify a license (Gumroad).
Data Retention and User Control
Users can clear extension storage, remove the license key, or uninstall the extension. Local data is removed when the extension is uninstalled or storage is cleared.
Children’s Privacy
Claude Continue is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will revise the “updated” date above when we do.
