Save Gmail to Notion Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy applies to the Save Gmail to Notion browser extension.

It saves Gmail messages into the user’s Notion workspace as tasks, resources, or notes.

The developer does not operate a user account system for this extension, and does not include analytics, telemetry, or third-party tracking SDKs. Data stays in the user’s browser except when sent to services required for a user-triggered feature (including license verification).

Data We Process

Save Gmail to Notion may process:

Email content and metadata from messages the user chooses to save (subject, body, addresses as needed).
Notion database targets and property mappings the user configures.
Notion integration token / OAuth credentials the user provides.
Preferences and license state.

How Data Is Stored

Configuration, tokens the user provides, and license state are stored locally via Chrome extension storage APIs. The developer cannot read this storage.

How Data Is Transmitted

When saving, the extension reads Gmail in the user’s session and calls the Notion API with the user’s credentials. License verification uses the Creem worker. The developer does not host email or Notion content.

We do not sell user data. Third parties receive data only as needed for requested features or license verification (Creem / the verification worker).

Data Retention and User Control

Users can clear storage, remove tokens and license keys, or uninstall the extension.

Children’s Privacy

Save Gmail to Notion is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will revise the “updated” date above when we do.
