Sketch To Claude Code Privacy Policy — ziyouma
Overview
This policy applies to the Sketch To Claude Code browser extension.
It lets users sketch on Claude.ai and pass that visual context into Claude to help generate code.
The developer does not operate a user account system for this extension, and does not include analytics, telemetry, or third-party tracking SDKs. Extension data stays in the user’s browser except when sent to services required for a feature the user triggers (including license verification).
Data We Process
Sketch To Claude Code may process:
- Sketch drawings and related UI context the user creates in the extension.
- Preferences and license/trial state.
- Page interactions on claude.ai needed to deliver the sketch context into the chat.
How Data Is Stored
Preferences, license key, and feature state are stored locally via Chrome extension storage APIs. The developer cannot read this storage.
How Data Is Transmitted
Sketch data stays in the browser unless the user sends it into Claude through the extension workflow on claude.ai. License verification uses Gumroad when activated.
If the user purchases or activates a license, the extension may send the license key to Gumroad’s license verification API (https://api.gumroad.com/v2/licenses/verify). Purchases are completed on Gumroad at https://ziyoumaa.gumroad.com/l/eiriap.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. Third parties receive data only as needed to provide requested features or verify a license (Gumroad).
Data Retention and User Control
Users can clear extension storage, remove the license key, or uninstall the extension. Local data is removed when the extension is uninstalled or storage is cleared.
Children’s Privacy
Sketch To Claude Code is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will revise the “updated” date above when we do.
