Save Email to Notion Terms of Service — ziyouma

Last updated: August 14, 2026 中文版本

Agreement

These terms apply to the Save Email to Notion Google Workspace add-on for Gmail. By installing or using the add-on, you agree to these terms. They do not cover the separate Chrome extension “Save Gmail to Notion.”

The Service

The add-on helps you save the Gmail message you are viewing into a Notion database you select, using Notion OAuth you authorize and (optionally) a Gumroad license key you purchase.

Plans and License

  • Free: a monthly save quota (currently 25 saves per calendar month per Google account). Remaining quota is shown in the add-on.
  • Pro: unlocked by activating a valid Gumroad license key for this product. Pro is intended as a one-time purchase for unlimited saves for that Google account, subject to Gumroad’s purchase terms and the activation limits enforced by the add-on.

License keys are personal. Sharing keys beyond the allowed activation limit may cause activation to fail. Refunds, chargebacks, and purchase disputes are handled under Gumroad’s policies; the add-on may refuse refunded or disputed licenses.

Acceptable Use

You may use the add-on only with Gmail and Notion accounts you are authorized to access. You must not abuse APIs, circumvent quotas or license checks, or use the add-on for unlawful content or purposes.

Third-Party Services

Notion, Google, and Gumroad are independent services. Your use of them is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. The developer is not responsible for outages or policy changes by those providers.

Disclaimer

The add-on is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Saving email or attachments may fail due to API limits, permissions, or content unsupported by Notion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business, arising from use of the add-on.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the “updated” date above when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Contact

Use the support contact on the Google Workspace Marketplace listing (or the publisher contact on the product page once published).
